Hey Before I joined this forum, I ordered a bunch of back links from fiverr. They ended up being profiles in creativebits. There are thousands but only about 70 or show are coming up. The problem is, ever since those 70 showed up, I am not listed in the top 1000 pages of Google any more. I was chrating how many backlinks vs showed vs ranking in Google, I got one site in the top 100, and the other in the top 300 and now they are both gone. They are indexed but don't show up with an SERP search. Should I abort them or continue to manually build links to them? Anybody experience this? I don't think I'm sandboxed because I'm still indexed.

For the quality of these links, i dont think you can be punished for inbound links since you cant control who links to you. You can be punished if you have a spammed with viagra blog since the outbound links are of low quality.

For the 70 backlinks you are mentioning, dont worry build 10-20 quality (edu, gov, high pr) backlinks and add 4-5 articles during a week period and you will be fine.

I forgot to mention that if your blog has like 100 words total, then google might see no reason to have you indexed at all. Write some good articles and spend some time on the optimization of your website (on page).

    Thanks again.

There are no excuses...If you have a day job, then do the simple tasks at night and use Saturday and Sunday for learnng new stuff and new software....and grind it out until you see Dollar signs! My thoughts exactly... I was fortunate that when I started IM I still owned two brick and mortar businesses so revenue was not an issue... I promoted a couple of guys to run those businesses and started in IM.

Since then, I've sold those businesses and my day job is IM and I do some very similar methods that you described above to generate targeted traffic to my money sites.

You and I are fortunate though because most people that enter the internet marketing world will not put the work into it and thus that eases our competition.
