    Need some Guidance...

Ive been using market Samurai and Traffic Travis to help identify some Adsense based niches. I created and started ranking one of my sites in the beginning of December. Bookmarking, RSS, Articles, have one 17 point link wheel, Linking Loophole, also had an xrumer blast (500k) done a couple weeks ago. I have been deep linking one specific page but also adding a couple of other page links for additional domain support and prepping for future SEO of another KW.

I have been watching my rankings closely for the last 30 days, everyday tracking with market samurai. My Broad Position has not increase much but my phrase position has increased by ~100. Phrase started out +200 not sitting at 112. The pagerank of this specific page has increase to 1 as well.

Without getting off-track, I want to know how others are measuring their competition.

    1) Are there any other tools that I can use to help measure my competion before hand?
    2) What are you doing to rank better in these situations?

Any advice on how I can improve is appreciated..

    KeyWord Information:

Per Market Samurai ( match type Exact):

The keyword I am targeting has following attributes:

    Per Traffic Travis (SEO Analysis):

For those familiar with Traffic Travis, I initially received a 'relatively easy' rating for SEO Analysis. Double checking now, to provide a screenshot, it has increased to a 'medium difficulty' rating.
