Did anyone ever bring out a 'true' 911 replacement or alternative?

Know that there are tonnes of proxy providers in the game but 911 was something else int terms of price, reliability for the type of quality you get. Has anyone happened to have come across a 'true' replacement or alternative yet?

what I see is this, 5G is future someone need couple 5G modems in every major USA and UK city and of course other parts of world also
and ability for custmer to choose location and change ip as he want

we need some website kinda airbnb for proxies
when there is a host who host modem dsl connection and clients we need thousands of such hosts
they would get paid per GB for example $3
the only thing is would people not be afraid that someone make some fraud from their IP address,

currently biggest companies are doing this but even more sneaky way

This is a good idea. But people would be distrustful of both the service provider and what people are doing while using their IP.

But I'd love to know the law on this. If someone else uses your IP to commit a crime, you shouldn't be liable for that right?

if its legal to share your internet connection and you can prove you shared it on X website at that X time yes should be ok
the only way I see unfortunately is some kind of verification for customers. Some big companies do it if you use lot of traffic
but the way currently resdeintial proxy companies operate is same what I read they offer customer some discounts of software if he let to use his connection as proxy some maybe not even read terms and connections of software that their ip will be used as proxy now. question why they not afraid who offer their IP to these companies which already exist

911 was the best , it was sourcing some high quality proxies which are mostly datacenter but with much private lines !

What do you mean by this, they looked like residential proxies?

Hard to replace the void 911 proxy left, particularly with proxies quite like it. As far as I can tell, the most existing residential proxies have somewhat served as a catch net but yeah. Not sure if anything has cropped up lately to try and really replace 911.
