I run a blog review business NOT Anything to do with professional-submitter.com OK
Paypal is unprofessional if I had enough money I would sue them for loss of income. I have had 13 customer email today asking why they cannot pay ...
It really sucks when I am listed high in google for most of my companies

I remember seeing somewhere that paypal is trying to filter out the people who are making refunds for no reason. I don't quite remember where.
