FYI: most of the SMM panels will try to avoid PayPal.
Why? Both side issues.
You pay
You get good service
You dispute
Paypal attacks the seller due to improper quality of service
Seller at risk
You pay
You get no service and help
You lost money
You report to PayPal
Seller losts
Seller got no room. So, why not talk to direct sellers?
Most of the SMM panels are resellers and has no tech background i noticed. I can be wrong.
