I'm getting started writing several article and making videos on YouTube, all of which will be keyword SEO to pick up traffic from Google.

As far as writing articles goes, is it worth my time to scramble and use the same words used in my "exact" keyword? Example: If I'm using the keyword "does alcohol kill people," would it help my article's chance of ranking to also include "alcohol does kill people," and "people, alcohol does kill," or will adding scrambled variations of keywords make my article look like spam to Google instead of helping?

I was also curious about how you guys manage your YouTube videos - let's say you're reviewing a product and your video on YouTube will funnel traffic to your own more detailed review landing page. Would you take the time to create several distinguished SEO videos for the same keyword all pointing to your page - target multiple keywords in one video and focus on it alone - or target different keywords across multiple videos and SEO all of them?
