Demoted ? Junior Member to Regular ? [SOLVED-its PROMOTION]

Congrats on the promotion man. You have definitely earned it. If you keep up the hard work and focus, one day you may make it up to shift supervisor. Hell, maybe even higher.

I know a lot of you kids take the extra pay with your promotion and do something silly with it. Maybe you're thinking about taking that pretty little gal of yours on a night out in pop's hemi, but take a bit of advice from an old timer, will ya?

Use this extra money wisely kid. Do the right thing. Don't take the promotion, and the extra cheddar that comes with it, for granted.

I'm proud of you son. I really am.

MODs don't have the time to demote people, they tend to give a warning or instant ban.
