    Thought writers would find this interesting....While I applied to Demand, I never really written for them. Some writers do rely on content sites to earn a living. Guess writers need to keep a closer eye on the health of the company's finance to make sure they jump ship at the right moment.

    Looks like low-quality, high-quantity also doesn't go very well for them ...

    And that sure is a strange accounting practice. I know my accountant would kill me if I did that. :D

    I'm a registered writer at eHow with 40+ articles, haven't touched the site since Jan of this year and still getting steady payments monthly. No complaints here. :\
