So,my youtube channel was scheduled to be disabled in the next 7 days, because of gathering 3 copyright strikes. My question is,if deleting the channel now can spare me the penalty of not being able to use another youtube account,or running the risk of having my other accounts terminated, too?
Also, does disabling monetization now and separating my adsense account from the youtube account can lower the chances of it also getting banned?

I had money in my youtube account that were not transfered to my adsense, yet, but i don't think there's a chance of it appearing in my adsense balance if my channel gets terminated on the 8th because of copyright strikes, right?I also want to mention that my monetization is still in good standing on my channel, even after receiving the copyright strikes..

I would appreciate some advice. There's barely any information on youtube/google about how all this works. The most you can find is an indian that you can barely understand what he says and you just give up.And the "experts" from youtube/adsense forums are quite useless.

I had my account terminated and I'm back on YouTube so I'll share my experience. You'll get your revenue for last month but not this month l. Even if it hasn't reached your adsense. To get back on safely you need to do everything by scratch again. Close your adsense open another one at a different address, if there is no where else rent a mailbox for your pin. Use a dedicated IP VPN when signed in and also a new device to do it on is the safer thing to do.

Last month meaning july?Because my channel reached 3 copyright strikes on 1st august and was scheduled for termination on 8th.And as you've said there might be a chance of me getting the revenue for july,i guess? But i'm not very optimistic.I'll lose $5000,but at least i learned something.I always get more motivated when shit like this happens. It's good to know that i'll be able to create and use other youtube accounts.

I'm not very knowledgeable about VPNs,but i have one private ip which is dynamic and one public ip which i can change myself whenever i want in seconds.I wonder if i'll need a VPN if i can just do that...

My channel got taken down at the beginning of the month around the 10th July without the money in adsense but still received June's revenue in full.

I understand.Did you really own the videos you appealed for?If you didn't own them, how did you manage to reinstate them?Did you think before you made the appeals that you could get sued like youtube states?I'm a bit scared of going forward with an appeal, because it requires my real information and stuff...

Yeah its always better to appeal and try to reach the guys who have filed the claim if its done from some networks then reach out to the original creator maybe you can get around of it.
And for earnings if they are not on the adsense you wont get paid if the channel gets banned.

The weird thing is that, when I tried to contact them by email,it says that the email i want to send the request to is non existent.I used the one listed in the youtube takedown request as being the one of the complainant.

It makes me think if it wasn't an individual impersonating the company that owns some of those videos.I googled the name and it's a firm which has services(even some free offer) for people who wish to take down videos of "their own"...Usually,when videos like mine were posted by others, they would be taken down by the owners themselves, because it's a big company and they wouldn't hire some firm like DMCA force,in my case,to take down the videos...

Anyway,my account is scheduled for being disabled and it will get disabled on the 8th of this month, but in the email it also says that while the counter notification is processing, which it is,my channel won't get terminated and my monetization will still be active at the time i get disabled. So,that probably means i'll have higher chances of seeing the earnings from july in my Adsense,i guess...If they won't,then,I'll start again xD Even if i have to work more this time.

Hey,I did actually send a counter notification for one of my strikes, which it's the most likely to be retracted.I sent it through 3 methods lol.Now it says that counter notification is awaiting review. The funny thing is that,in the email where it says that my account got the 3rd strike and is scheduled for disabling in the next 7 days,it also says that my account won't get terminated while the counter notifications are still processing,so that means my account will get disabled on the 8th of august, but not terminated, yet. It will probably increase my chances of receiving the payment on adsense between 10-15th august, because I still have monetization enabled.I'm still not very optimistic, because it's usually a recipe for disappointment, but I didn't notice that at first.
