    Hi,
I'm actually tying to delete some googlemybusiness reviews.

    1. Report the negative reviews
-> Dont work, because google dont care about you. (Even if you have proof)
But, maybe if lot of (fake) account reports one comment, the comment will be delete.. Someone has already tried this ?

    2. Remove the Page, and the reviews at the same time...
This what i try to do, but dont work for now. SOmeone know how to do that ?
    I try this :
    - Rename the page (A), delete the information and change a bit the address. (If it's the 16, i change on 17 for example)
    - Create a second page with the good informations. (B)
    - Validate the page with the google code (I'm waiting the code now)
    and next, i hope...
    - the page B remplace the page A on google search, with no reviews.

Has somebody already tryied this ?
    Thanks

I have not personally tried this but theoretically it should work, just make sure when you create the new page no content from the previous is still present. In fact, if your current method doesn't work instead of tweaking the address you may just want to start with a new page altogether and completely delete the previous. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Wouldn't the page still be there even though you delete it?

Yes, the page will still remain but the key point I was trying to make was it's important to ensure all content you plan to use is completely transferred over to the new one and removed from the previous site so no conflicts will arise. This is why I also mentioned it might be more successful to just start a new page from scratch rather than tweaking an older form. Thanks for catching me on that.

Unfortunately, once a listing is verified, have been there for a long time and with dozens of reviews, it isn't as easy as just changing the business name. This is especially true if you have been assigned a business manager from Google who "helps" you set things up (but ultimately points you to the direction of spending on PPC).

My question is, is page A and page B having similar business names? If yes, that's very hard to do as the only viable solution is to close the location completely and relaunch after some time for the dust to settle (and that can take several weeks).

If no, it's not that hard. All you have to do is verify the new business name, make it appear legit, make it verified (which is the hardest part imho), give it a week or two to settle, close the first business (and hope nobody flags it as being active, not closed) and then replace the new business to the old details of the first one.

Another key is to replace it with a business IN A DIFFERENT CATEGORY. Sometimes, using the same type of business can pose a problem for you because in my experience the algorithm doesn't totally get rid of the first one... I'm thinking that it is guessing that there is only a management / brand change but it basically is the same business.

    Try this:
Change your old page name to locksmith page or add other name/different address. They will remove/unpublish your page.
I was changing one of my page/listing address and they suspended it in few hours due to not following their policy rules.
Try it and let us know if that works.
