Deindexed from Bing? Or why did my rankings disappear?

So my main business website doesn't show up in Bing, sort of. It disappeared out of the rankings after that last Google update. Though we only lost a few notches on Google and gained a few for other keywords. I never set up anything through Bing so I setup a webmaster tools and submitted the sitemaps which looks like 4 pages worth of linkes come through when I do a site:example.com. I then submitted 10 specific URL's of my newest blog posts. The sitemaps just updated and they say crawled:success.

So the question is. Does anyone know what happened to my site on bing? And is there some way to fix this? Like I mentioned above the website is fine in Google all this time for the last few years.

Something I did from above put the site back into bing and now we are back to ranking at the top or number 1 as of a few hours ago. We were gone from bing for over a week. Our google stuff is still bouncing around, but the links that are outranking us are for job postings, so I guess that is okay for now. The main keywords are either page 1 or 2 for almost everything, which is about 25 keywords that I know I would search for looking for us.

I am wondering about this too. One of my sites was ranking consistently front page for my main targeted keyword and then it completely disappeared from Bing about a week ago. My Google rank has held more or less steady. I guess I'll submit a sitemap and see how that works.
