I do edu lead generation and I was excited, suprised, and suspicious when I applied for the new advertiser "degreefinder" and was instantly approved (they pay $20 per lead, and as many of you know, few advertisers will instantly approve everyone for a high CPL).

I studied how the "matching" engine works, and it asks a number of questions step by step, and the step before it matches the student (by which point it has collected all the personal information), it asks for permission to be contacted. I've been driving traffic to them and not one visitor has converted, so I am thinking they are just collecting email addresses and probably serving a page with sponsored ads or something on the last page.

I'm probably going to drop them, I am just giving them free leads, but does anyone have any experience with this advertiser?
