I was not asked for logs or screenshots (what would screenshots even entail, a not loading screen?). I did tell the rep which proxies I had the most issues with and the time, or at least a range since it was unstable for like 3 hours.

Thanks for getting back to me. I've checked your ticket transcript and our representative acted as I would have liked here, and I can confirm they did ask you for screenshots and logs in their first message to you - I have private messaged you the full transcript so you can read it again.

They offered a full refund and cancellation in that same message but asked for logs and screenshots to help them investigate the issue further as we tested the proxies ourselves and saw good speeds with no connectivity issues. After that message you didn't provide logs or screenshots and again requested a refund so we obliged.

Sorry about your experience with our services but we did try to help you and investigate the issue so I feel your comments were unfair, particularly since you claimed the proxies are shared which definitely isn't true and we've never sold shared static IPs.

Nevertheless, let me know if there is anything I can do for you and I hope you can use our services again in the future (Hopefully with an overall better experience next time).
