Dedicated Server Help

I wanted to know if someone could help me out choosing which type of dedicated server I should run.

I want to run up to 10 instances of Scrapebox at once. I would also like to run 4 instances of AMR at once.

What kind of DS should I get to do this?

minimum 12GB Ram and Quadcore processor.
