Dedicated Server For Mass Emailing

Hi there,

I am about to get into mass emailing and therefore need to find a good dedicated server (I guess offshore) for my needs.

The specs would need to be probably a Core 2 Duo, 4 GB of Ram, 100Gbps connection and Windows 2003/2008 server.

I know that there isn't a host in the world that allows mass emailng or spamming but can anyone recommend services that are unlikely to check up on me
(I will be using proxies anyway so they will not be tracable).

A few people have mentioned Seedhost, Serverloft.com, Leaseweb and Server.lu - is anyone doing mass email with these services (or anyone else) and has so far gone undetected?

I basically need to find something very soon and preferably cheap so what should I be taking into account (countries, cost, speed etc.)

Thanks for your help...
