    Hello,

Is anyone currently using these dedicated servers?
    http://www.soyoustart.com/us/cpu/

Their prices are incredibly low, so what is the trick? I saw some reviews on forums that some people had problems with them, especially with support. What is your experience?

No one is using them? No one even tried at least because prices are ridiculously low?

Despite their less than perfect customer service, I wouldn't say these prices are ridicously low. Read what it says under:

*Only setup fees of $3.00 USD /IP are required, renewal is free. Beyond 16 IPs, $3.00 USD /month/IP limited to 128 IPs and/or 16 slots per server.
    (1) Setup fees: $69.00 USD on order,
    or +$14.00 USD /month for 6 months

They're overcharging on $1 dollar IPs and the setup fee is quite high.

They are killing you here, except if you are planing to stay long term, which is something you can't plan really as you can never know if they suck or not.

There are plenty of providers out there that provide quality servers and service without any setup fee. You see, a setup fee make sense if you're getting new hardware. Someone has to go to the datacenter and manually install it into the rack, but in most cases it's already there and they just gotta run a few tests and send you the login details. And by the looks of it, you're not getting anything new with SoYouStart, but you can always ask.
