Hello,

I have a web site, 100% handsfree auto blog ( Video ). which generating $100+ average monthly from adsense ( past month earning was $131 ). more than 80% traffic from google. i have pas 3 years analytics data. and 5 months adsense report. and laso it's a PR 2 website .

i need to sell it asap. so i need a good website broker to sell it quick , i will give 15% of sale price . and i don't give money to list on flippa you can add it with your commission.

pls pm who can sell it.

How long has it been making that much steadily?
 
i included adsense past five month ago .. and i have whole report about that .. i am looking JV with any reputed flippa agent . there i can get more value for this website .
 
Yeah, there are people who are looking for real website that is already earning real money.I don't think Meathead will bother about this, though he is the best in website brokering.
 
My advice:
Search for BHW member meathead1234,
he is the "unofficial expert" in this field :)
He may give you solid advice, and possibly even offer you a price.

You're not going to get a decent broker for a site that small, no offence. Most brokers have a minimum fee that would far surpass the value of the site alone, so even if you offered 100% commission they wouldn't be interested.

To me, a small site is anything making less than $1k a month. To some other brokers, they would say anything under $10k a month is small and not worth brokering.
 
Your best bet would be to try and list your site on Flippa.
 
Totally agree with meathead1234,
You should opt for a broker only if your site generates more than $1k per month.

I suggest you go to the site flipping section of BHW and read the tips regarding the same.
