(Decent) Ad networks that accept prepaid cards

I'm looking for ad networks (that are good, not like popcash) that accept prepaid cards as a payment method.

Most of them, at least the good ones (google, fb, bing, twitter, pinterest, etc) don't accept ppc. I'm trying to promote CPA offers and can't find a viable platform.

Google, Bing, fb etc. accepts prepaid card with manual billing method.
Check it out.
Or maybe, you want to use threshold account with prepaid card?

Ofcourse, Google Ads accepts prepaid cards to make payment. It does not accept prepaid cards, to activate the account. But, to make a payment on a running account, oh yes, Google Ads officially and in reality, accepts prepaid cards. And, for your kind info, certain prepaid cards (rare bins), do get accepted in Google Ads even to activate the account.
