Decaptcher PHP Api

Just struggling with the API and there's minimal help out there but it looks like others have the same issue. I get the following error:

I'll answer this one myself just in case anyone else comes up against it.

Whilst in most applications, your username isn't case sensitive, in the decaptcher api it IS.

I don't think it has anything to do with case sensitivity..

I have a work horse machine here that works with decaptcher 24 hours a day, and has for months. An hour ago it was fine, I came back to my office after dinner and I was getting the same error, the office was locked, the computer room was locked and I am the only one with a key..

I did notice their system load is 0% so between that and the nature of the error( login() & balance() ) I am guessing it is a problem on their end
