Debate Quality of Links | PR vs Niche or Keyword Related Links

    I would like to pose a question that I'm finding hard to answer myself.

    What has better link quality higher PR sites that are unrelated, I'm talking the url PR not domain PR.

    Versus

    Links from niche/keyword related sites/blogs with a lower PR.

    It's not clear what you are asking. You need to define further - for example, is a PR1 relevant site better than a PR5 non relevant site etc.

    Answering on a general note, PR really packs a punch.

    If you read the latest g00gle Seo starter guide published not long ago. Big G gives credit to the backlinks to authority sites greater than any sites with PR whatsoever.
    Now: what are you asking for: whats links will g00gle give more importance and will index or where can you get more or the PR "juice" for your website?

    From what I got from the question, PR ranks are very very important and effective. It also important that it is better to link your site with a PR page which is more relevant to the site you have. That will reap amazing results.
