    Hello Guys,

Im not sure if you're experiencing the same issue i had with deahbycaptcha. Im aware they had an explanation for charging customers 33% if the captchas are used at a particular time of the day. What a smart way of making extra bucks. Ive been a customer for over a year and im concerned that
    1) They will continue to change the date on their site and this 33% additional charge will not end and eventually become permanent for all customers

    2) Its very difficult to choose a time to run SEO work using captchas and Limiting yourself to a particular timezone becos BHW has people all over the world with different timezone. Example if you're using it for SENUKE and had scheduled different task to run over 2- 5 days the capcthas still have to be used regardless of the timezone

If you are a Deathbycaptcha customer and think deathbycaptcha should review this workers compensation notice/ 33%. Please raise your support on this thread. Remember if it does not affect you now it may affect you later

Isn't this similar to what most business do, make a service popular and then raise the price?

Anyway, I am aware of the 33% extra they are charging and if the explanation that they offered for it is indeed true then I am okay with it. Besides, if anyone does not like the price increase they aren't bound by any legal contract and can freely explore other options.

They are by far and away the cheapest out there. They ARE in business to make money, and I experience a generally good service from them. I avoid the peak periods and get good fast solve times 98% of the time.

You have to remember that captcha services can be hit hard, and consider what you're doing. I thinks it's unreasonable to expect a 100% perfect service in this scenario.

Prices and costs go up: and businesses have to react to that. DBC stating that they need to pay extra for those periods because in their time-zone labour carries a higher costs, is a perfectly reasonable explanation. And considering they're the cheapest, it makes sense commerially.

    Hi atongalee,

My team and I really appreciate your feedback.

We were actually really concerned about applying the Nighshift Worker Compensation because it would probably mean additional expenses for our loyal clients. However, we were left without choice when we realized that we were actually losing money on several hours of the day, and even then, there wasn't enough workers online to take care of the overload.

With the current measure in place, overload times have been reduced to the point of virtually disappearing.

We understand that high CAPTCHA solving costs are quite a headache to our customers. That's why the additional fee is only running during a few hours of the day. All the other hours will have the regular standard rate.

You can better check by logging to our website and checking in our Server Time Clock. Our clock will display the proper hour no matter your geographical location (as it's shown in military time, peak hours would be from 13hrs - 21 hrs).

    P.S: PM answered.

    Best Regards,

Yeah it's permanent. I thought it was funny that their overall production went down when they implemented this 33%. If you don't like them switch to imagetyperz, they're better and cheaper in the long run. Even de-captcher is cheaper in the long run now if you factor in dbc's success rate, speed, price and constant unreliability.

Anyone praising dbc doesn't do any serious volume anyway so take their comments with a grain of salt. Anyone who does any serious volume has either left dbc or is going to.

I do $100 a day or more in captcha's and wouldn't waste that on dbc.

    Hi,

After we've implemented this measure Death by Captcha has reduced overload-times to a minimum. Anyone who has been using our service recently can confirm you this.

None of the services that you have mentioned are truly cheaper than ours.

Several times I've offered you credits to use our service again so I can check on your account while you're on it to trouble-shoot if needed (as precisely we're aiming to offer the most efficient service at an affordable price), but for some reason you keep ignoring my proposals, which is completely respectable, but certainly strange since you don't ignore any thread related to Death By Captcha.

If you haven't used DBC for a while, I frankly don't know how you're still stating these comments on every opportunity you have to talk about our service. This is not a critic, but a 'please at least let us see your inconveniences' message so we can better address your concerns and general feedback.

    Best Regards,

This is what made me move away from DeathbyCaptcha. Not to forget the marking of bad captchas as correct and when we asked for refund we had to face automatic ban. I am on imagetypers right now and its does pretty much a better job.

i know 4 people right now still using your service and bitching about it and the fact it takes days to get a response from support. I knew 7, so far ive managed to direct three to other services better. In the long run they do cost less than you guys. I dont want your offer of free captchas, your service sucks. Trouble shooting wont help, ive been down this road with you guys before. how many times did i wait days to get a reply from support? I cant count.

All the times you took days to reply do you think i sat there waiting on you? no. I went somewhere else. you think people are sitting there waiting on you? no, their going elsewhere.

The other services are cheaper in the long run, i would know, ive used yours and theirs. Have you? Have you used image typerz or de-captcher? I have, id be a little more informed than you.

i dont want your credits, i dont want to trouble shoot, been there, done all that as i said.

    I'm happy where I am

Yes they are still quite cheap even with 33% extra fee, however considering the service slows down time after time and causing my script to time out and always need to adjust timeout thresholds I'd rather stick with CaptchaBOT these days. I'm still using both just in case but my CaptchaBOT is my primary service now.

    Hi Guys,

    @hardcorebiker

If your account got temporary banned, it's possible that our system may have interpreted that you were marking many correct results as incorrect. We have gradually optimized our system and you shouldn't face any inconvenience anymore. If you feel like giving us another try please PM me your username again and I'll look into your submissions and compensate you for the troubles.

    @lonny41
Our support will normally reply within 24-48 working hours.

As for your other points, I addressed them in my previous message to you, on this thread.

    Best Regards,
