Death of an account?

So I got the "Help us confirm you own this account" prompt after a sign-in on Jarvee. This is the first time I've had any sort of verification loop. Are there any things that I can do to unlock the account? It has been over two weeks now since I've been able to log in. This is a personal account and I really don't want to throw it away since I use it as a supplemental income with selling prints and being an ambassador for different outdoors products. Are there any services that will do whatever it takes to get the account unlocked? Are there any methods for contacting Instagram directly to ask? All suggestions welcomed.

Steps I've taken so far...
  • Reset Password
  • Reported account as hacked and submitted a picture to Facebook (No response after 2 weeks)
  • Bought a HQ proxy to use for a day in an attempt to reset the password on it as well as
    "secure the account" in hopes of getting the confirm my info tab. No luck
  • Used the free opera VPN
  • Done hours of googling for answers

You might have lost your account, but try the process without trying to log in after resetting your password. Secure your account from the email they send you, and then try logging in :
  1. Open https://www.instagram.com in browser on your computer or laptop.
  2. If you are logged in Instagram with some account you need to log out.
  3. Open link https://www.instagram.com/accounts/password/reset/ and enter credentials for account you need to restore access.
  4. Check your email and find message from Instagram. You want to click “Reset Password”.
  5. Enter new password, confirm and don’t do anything on Instagram.
  6. Check your email again and click “Secure your account here” in message from Instagram.
  7. Confirm your data and after that you’ll be able to login.
 
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it didn't work.
