So guys, I found the Mother F*****R SNAKE over Blackhatworld, who not only buys other people product and sells it back on digitalpoint and warrior forum but he also sells people guide that others have done for free over BHW.

    This SNAKE IS -- dragunov

Profile URL around BHW - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/18783-dragunov.html

Paypal he buys with and sells back our stuff - evaok123@yahoo.com

So I take my hard time to write a guide for BHW friends and this sucker takes it and sells it back on DP. Not only mine but he does that for everyone.

    I got him down.

So what should we do with this sucker?

You think others will give free guides over BHW anymore?

Well not me I was going to share how to get digg frontpage plus niche auto blogs without any work but I wont because this SUCKER has pissed me off..by selling my methods.

Its your call BHW members, people like us share good info with you guys and suckers like evaok123@yahoo.com sell our product and even when we warn they continue selling it..

What shall I do with this GANGSTER?

That sucks major ass. I've been starting to follow your autoblogs on cracks guide and to hear that someone is taking your freely released stuff and then selling it really, really sucks. I wonder what the mods would think of this? Would a temp/perm ban be in order if it was true?

With all due respect my friend I do not mind getting banned from BHW or from any other place. I have not done anything wrong and if starting a thread about a snake is wrong then go ahead and ban me.

From what I know, I have always provided something useful to any forum I have been active at...anyways I think its useless as this will never stop...

Unfortunately this is not going to stop, while we are publicly viewable everything that shows is going to get shared around the net within minutes. Banning him will do no good, I know it's against the rules and all that but he could come in as a guest and do the exact same thing.

The only solution is for anything that is decent to get shared in the JVIP section out of the public eyes which would take it away from everyone else. Of course it's still shareable but if someone got banned as a JVIP they would have wasted 97 bucks. Makes it a little safer.

Thing is, the only way to stop it is to move it out of the public eyes, and therefore out of your eyes, would you be happy with that?

No, you missed the my point. I wasn't saying to ban YOU, just that the post needed to be moved/approved. It's important to follow the rules when you call someone out. I mean, what if someone called you out as being a scammer with no proof? You're rep would be ruined.

That's the point of providing your evidence to a third party to have them review what you got before mentioning names.

    Hope you can understand that.

You show a lack of understanding of Karma.
But yeah, really who cares, idiots and kids on DP who actually spend money on e-books deserve to be ripped off for second rate guides in any case.
Good to see he is banned anyhow.

    ^^ This is true.

I don't mind these types of threads, but they should go through approval before being posted. Whatever tho, thread moved.

god damn that statement pisses me off every time i hear it...

using blackhat techniques doesn't automatically mean bad karma. Stealing, fraudulent leads, etc however are bad. Blackhat techniques include using non-approved traffic sources (that still convert btw just aren't "approved"), utilizing parasite hosting, PPI, etc. None of those are bad karma.

So please stfu with the "oh but you use black hat" bullshit.
Stealing is STEALING not Black Hat IM

If this information is freely available then it can hardly be considered stealing, yes it sucks, no it's not right. But it plainly isn't stealing

Wow. That's way wrong. Freely available does not mean that anyone can use it for their own purposes. That IS stealing.

It's the reason we have copyright laws.

If I create something ... anything ... then I have the exclusive right to use it for my own benefit. This guy has a point. He still owns the rights to it. Just because he chose to give it away to some people does not mean he relinquished his rights to the material.

That's a problem I have with BH sometimes. The line gets obscured so much that no one can tell when we cross it.

Stealing Earnest's guides and advice and selling it to someone else IS stealing. This guy could have chosen to sell his guides and profit from them himself. Should he get screwed because he was being generous to the people in this forum? I don't think so.

It's the same reason I get upset at people who look for sources of content they can steal and use to create products they sell for profit.

Sometimes the people who steal from others so they can make money are the ones who complain the loudest when their stuff is stolen. (I'm not saying our friend Earnest here is doing that. Just making an observation.)

Stealing is stealing whether you are doing the stealing or you are being stolen from.

What you say is correct if, and only if, we packaged it up and had the copyright notices in it explaining exactly what the reader could and couldn't do with it. That would then be covered by intelectual property laws.

Anything else and it is no different than drinking water from a stream (or putting it in a bottle and selling it)

I don't condone it, not in the slightest, but calling him a criminal is at best, misguided, and at worse, libelous

Well I for one feel as though we have been stolen from as we won't be benefiting from ernesthemingway's advise or experience due to this situation any more. I see both sides of the coin with the issue but we all lose in this one. Too bad :(

Not true. Intellectual property, at least in the U.S., is protected from the moment it is created and does NOT need a copyright notice or any other explanation of rights.

The following information from Wikipedia summarizes current copyright law in the U.S.:

While copyright in the United States automatically attaches upon the creation of an original work of authorship, registration with the Copyright Office puts a copyright holder in a better position if litigation arises over the copyright.

As the United States has joined the Berne Convention, registration is no longer necessary to provide copyright protection.

In 1989, the U.S. enacted the Berne Convention Implementation Act, amending the 1976 Copyright Act to conform to most of the provisions of the Berne Convention. As a result, the use of copyright notices has become optional to claim copyright, because the Berne Convention makes copyright automatic.[20] However, the lack of notice of copyright using these marks may have consequences in terms of reduced damages in an infringement lawsuit ? using notices of this form may reduce the likelihood of a defense of "innocent infringement" being successful.

Whether you agree or not, copyright infringement is a criminal act. If you'd like to bring a defamation suit, be my guest. You're just plain wrong.

Yeah that is true. But the law dont give a damn about us.

The crook should be stabbed 1,000 times and BHW should be invisible from the search.
