i. Yes, within a few seconds - 30 seconds depending on their load
ii. Dunno about the service as a whole, but I know that a lot of us use them, and it works almost all the time.
iii. I guess you will get complaints at most any service.
iv. This is true, but at $2/1000 decaptchas, who gives a fuck!? They get it right for me usually within 1st couple tries.

AH! so thats why some asshat... I mean black hat has been hiting my directory nite/day! My programmer must have gave me a new De-captcha because it finally stopped. This place rocks. I am starting to understand how this works.

One question: is it possible to use decatcher with iMacros? Some service like http://www.beatcaptchas.com do provide a way to upload the captcha image within iMacros, using a web form on their site. Is this something possible using decaptcher.com?
