I think it's about time I started another journey thread. Last year my journey failed and I have been trying to find more ways to make money.

This is what I'm trying as of today: http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/if...book-fans-you-will-earn-5-000-a-month.853822/

I'm not rushing into anything anymore. Every single time I have been going full tit into a method hoping for gold just to be let down by burning myself out and then wonder why I can't make any money. So from now on I'm taking the completely chill route. If it works it works, if it doesn't I can still do it as a passion. As I enjoy the niche I'm working on.

I'm a firm believer in 'slow and steady wins the race'. So I will be taking my time with this method but I will also be taking massive action. I hope to motivate more people to do something as well. Enjoy!

My goal is to earn $40 USD per day minimum.

    Day 1.

    What I completed today

-Created my FB page, added some content and got 52 likes from inviting people from my personal page.

-Got a domain and created my site with WordPress. Completed my site set-up

-Added 1 article, monetizing with Adsense and Amazon

    What to do tomorrow?

    -Create another article, monetize it.

    -Schedule FB posts

-Get more followers by posting memes on related pages

    Wish me luck :)

i don't think you can go very far now that facebook limits organic reach of pages. try automation/ads.

I dont want to disappoint you but there are a couple of major flaws as the user Pixelmathis pointed.Earning $40 per day via this method is highly likely. You will need to devise methods so as to have huge number of likes/shares of your Facebook posts. You can either do this via Facebook Ads ( assuming that you have enough money to spend) or find automated tools/methods posted by users here on BHW so as to increase your page likes rapidly. If possible work from the organic traffic point of view (again assuming your niche is compatible with it) in the beginning.

Yeah I know what you guys mean. Which is why I'm also focusing on keywords for SEO to try and rank my articles just in case FB doesn't send me that much traffic.

I also should of mentioned that I'm not following the method exactly. I believe nippleboner is just using ads to monetize his site so I'm selling Amazon products as well so this should help my earnings.

Good luck, in my experience people are broke these days, in my country anyway, they don't buy stuff from Amazon, there's the odd sale but I gave up with that so I just monetize with Adsense, I also advertising my many other websites, it's free for me. Hope you do well.

Since you are starting from scratch, it's very difficult to get likes especially in the memes/humor niche. There are tons of pages like Unilad, etc that have millions of followers and they all end up sharing the same posts/memes/content. Try to abandon the humor niche asap it's not profitable unless you have millions of likes on facebook and have a viral site ready that pumps out viral posts daily and is monetized with native ads/adsense/cpc/cpm and then you can start diverting traffic from your page to your site. If that's not what you intend to do, I suggest scrapping this page and going for something a bit more niche specific. Remember the people who like memes aren't buyer traffic.

How is this true? It's incredibly easy to get a large page up in no time for meme/humor niche's as they are the most viral content out there. I have a page newly created yesterday with over 26,000 posts engagements and likes growing per minute.

The only true statement is that is the traffic isn't always the easiest to convert unless you run highly viral websites on the back of things, but where there is consistent traffic there is money to be made.

Other niches like Health or Finance are much harder to convert as there is a much harder market for these niches as you are dealing with peoples problems or stress and It's not as easy to find consistent content around either of these unless you are able to pump 3-10 articles from your website to the Facebook fan page per day.

must be a post going viral and that happens purely by chance. With the free route, would you be able to get your likes into the xxx,xxx range?

Luck is a key factor as numerous times a post which you think will be highly engaging won't be for a varying number of factors.
The key is to take luck out of the equation by testing what works and sticking with it learning while you go.

If you are starting from scratch with Facebook a niche page with 0 likes is harder but not impossible to get a good amount of growth in a short period if you already know how to play the system and push likes quickly to your page.

But this is looking at the short term which being realistic is not what you want to be doing as you will find yourself day after day going starting from scratch on each and every page you create as you will have to revert to methods that require a heap of manual work in the beginning. You want to think long term and set long term goals which is why it's important to set yourself budgets for boosting towards your goals at a higher rate and not find yourself pushing from scratch each time around.

Personally I use Facebook ad's as despite what people say and the fears around cost it's still proving to be the most efficient way of pushing a page from 0-10k likes but here's the thing. Once you have 10-20 pages all with 10k+ likes you don't need to pay for ad's any longer, you can simply cross promote and keep the viral traffic going through your pages. You can push further into niches you are already in or even create a page around a completely different niche and still find creative ways to make it relate to an audience that on the face of things doesn't look like they would be in any way interested.

People seem afraid to pay for things like Facebook ad's which quite frankly baffles me as you are the same guys who would happily spend $150 on the latest bot or method to get a quick buck. I would ask anyone reading this to at least try it, test it and see if it works for you and your niches. Hell I start out most pages with a budget of $3/day so if anyone here can't scrape together $3 by not buying a coffee or looking behind the couch then give it a whirl.

I'm not in the humor niche. I must of accidentally said I was somewhere, my bad. Unless you just assumed because I said I post memes. But thanks anyway.
