    Is there any program that I can use to convert the traffic well?

    like pay per lead?

    actually its an entertainment blog..its a tv program..I ranked 1st on bing and yahoo and 1st page on google..

    Are you posting videos and such for them to watch? If so you need to do something like codebreaker or similar. No one will click ads when all they want to do it watch the video.

    oh yes! I am posting videos..also articles..with two ad blocks beside..what is codebreaker anyway?..

    Well there's your problem. As CyberGlitch said, unless your posting the actual show to sell somehow, your just getting apathetic TV viewers who aren't targeted to anything.

    Something like codebreaker will let the person see particular webpages, say a page that displays a video, for 10-15 seconds and then it stops and pops up a ad or offer. The person then must fill out the offer and once they do they can continue watching the video.

    Check out the CPA section on here. Tons of information on this technique as it's widely used.

    @cyberglitch - yeah I get it now..but my problem was the videos came from youtube..I can't stop it unless I made the video myself..I was thinking to put a download link besides the watch button and redirect them to fill up some offer or sign up..hmmm..Im still number 1 on yahoo and bing..hope i could make it on time before anyone bump my rankings.
