I would go with an affiliate site because its little to know investment. If you try to build a dating site I assume you would have to white label it and then drive your own traffic. It's pretty competitive. As far as scripts, I am not sure what you would be looking for?

I would go with the affiliate site too as it will be easier to get started. If you are doing a CPA offer ad a content lock software to the offer as it will increase your convertions and also let you hide where the traffic is comming from.
