Dating Site JV 60/40

So, I have a Website up and going, Generating only a little bit, just hitting 57$ a month with just a few days work as far as working it. but im looking for a partner in crime. you bring in your own profits or work with me on marketing it alot more, all SEO is set and in place for now. im just looking for someone to bounce ideas off of, and help bring in the users, its doing pretty well now, its converting quite well.
but since its boring doing it by myself. i would like to split the profit, 60/40
60 for you and 40 for me. why do you get more ? well, because i could care less about me making more than you, off of that site anyways, this person will be in charge of the users and affiliates as well, so somewhat of a co-owner. your own email address and profile for free of course, but you probably already knew that. there are NO bots on my network. and i would like to keep it that way, but with the way we market nowadays, who's to say it won't happen. anyways, pm me if your interested, let me know what you can do for it and what your willing to put into it.
if you can invest a little, thats even better, but NOT required. im investing what i have into it for now.
i prefer if you at least speak english as well. good english, not to down anyone from any other countries but sometimes i have a hard time understanding, and i don't want to seem like a rude arsehole.
