I have been using your service, the residential package but sadly am encountering a lot of data center IP addresses on the USA location which makes it look like it isn't a residential package.
I have contacted customer support but so far no help! I am told to exclude the ASN of the data center providers but I really don't know how many more data center service providers are in your residential package IP pool and at the same time it costs me an account getting banned when I encounter a data center IP..

Sometimes I even encounter IP addresses from locations I didn't configure.

This happens most on US location.
