I am looking for a VA or team that has experience with real estate lead generation. Currently, we're looking for phone numbers that are missing from our existing excel chart.
We use remine to extract data from MLS and are left with owner name, which can be the actual owner name or an LLC. From there, if the number is missing, we must find the number ourselves using tools.
We currently use a barbaric system trying to find it on whitepage/sunbiz , but we need a turnkey service.
You would need to have the tools ready to find the true owner name and phone number for the listing that we need in our data. That is all!
