Everything looks very awesome & promising, however I can't understand why you only accept CC & PP as form of payment, kinda ridiculous nowadays, you pay hefty fees for both fop's and your customers are subject to unnecessary delays on service setup, why not accept cryptocurrencies? You will drastically reduce fraud, receive payments within minutes and automate account setup. So sad to see great potential businesses get flooded with fraudsters. I was ready to buy a few vps's with my btc wallet ready to buy...unfortunately all I saw at checkout was lousy PayPal and Credit card. I do have a business PayPal but I only use it occasionally to receive payments upon request from crypto illiterate customers. Do you plan on upgrading your payments platform in the near future? Thanks

Ordered hosting on Sat but still haven't received any details yet.

Hello may i ask how much Physical Memory, inodes, Entry Processes and IOPS you get with the shared hosting?

Please I have a problem and I need someone to check it. I believe I pay all my dues and that includes softlayer to allow me to easily install apps like wordpress in my site. I have noticed for a while now that I no longer get this service even though I have been paying for it. I don't think that is right. Please can someone take a look at it. I have sent a mail about this issue

Sorry I meant Softaculous

What is the uptime? very often the server doesn't respond which is kind of frustrating when I'm developing a website. Is there a technical problem or does this happen often?

Edit: Cannot raise a ticket because the customer portal website won't work too.

Uptime is 99.99%, we havent had an outage on our shared hosting (knock on wood) in over 8 months which was brief, outside of kernel updates. There must be an issue with your connection to our servers.

Your IP address must be blocked in our firewall if you're not able to get to our customer portal. email [email protected] with your IP address so we can look into what is going on with your account.

well looks like i was ""blocked by your firewall"" too, this is pretty annoying what if the users also get ""blocked by firewall"" and cannot visit the site, OVH and their shitty severs.

Have you tried contacting support? We do not monitor this thread 24/7 and if you're unhappy with the service we'll gladly offer you a refund. We strive for customer satisfaction and your comments on a public forum instead of to support is like a slap in the face to our support department. We have tons of other happy customers and potential customers ready to take your place.

That is a great point! We actually have accepting Cryptocurrency on our plan for end of year 2017. It's not as easy as you think to set that up and a lot of the merchant accounts are kind of shady. We're working with a few to get the best deal so that we can keep our prices low and provide this option. Thank you for your feedback!

We noticed that our Welcome Email's were being marked as spam by OUR provider :|. This has been corrected! If you ever need anything just reach out to [email protected], we'll be glad to help.

Have a great weekend BHW!

I inquired to @loedown's team's customer support a few weeks back regarding how to handle site migrations from one host to Web Hosting Ninja. They informed me that they handle migrations completely on their end, which was something unheard of for shared hosting.

I gave them a test site to see how the process played out. They informed me that they couldn't move the site because it had phishing content on it. I checked the site myself. Yup, there sure was! Looked like the site had been compromised at some point. I gave them my cpanel login information and another site instead. They migrated everything in under 24 hours with zero issues, and the site is running like a champion.

Wonderful customer service thus far!

We do allow adult content. We allow anything that is legal in the United States.

We abide by the laws of the United States of America.
Bravo bravo. As it should be.
I am eyeing these values for a project. Nice timing though the feedback seems mixed bag.
Is the mysql still a solid SQL for a whole cms?
