Darko1x Not Paying For Service

    Hello,

    I received an order from Darko1x on the 8th of Dec for a Basic logo order ($10.2) on our 24H Logos Service (https://www.blackhatworld.com/posts/10634977/). We promptly started on the order and sent it out on the 9th of Dec. On the 10th though (today) Darko said he didn't like it and wanted a refund, as per our refund policy we don't provide refunds after we've sent out the order. I asked him if he wanted another one free of charge but he refused, only wanting a refund. We feel scammed because now we have a case opened against us and haven't been paid for my work.

    Here are the the main messages leading to the PayPal case, I've blurred his email out. I can PM the email and all the details to the mod in charge of the SL.

    After this he asked for a refund but I refused, I told him if he opened a case I'd open an SL. He then opened an PayPal case, leading me to open this SL now. I can share the screencaps for these messages too, maybe I can PM the mod instead of posting this as I have to blur out his email for each screencap I post.

    i didn't see any and to be honest how can he do better even if he tries again ? so i gave up on him and asked for a refund

    Nevermind, he has withdrawn the case. It's fine now.
