    Hello BHW!

I've been a IM for the past few years with a focus on SEO. I have a few projects in the pipeline and I'm looking to sell one of my Adsense sites on Flippa. I noticed that there are a ton of people that remove their Ads when they post their listings on Flippa and I wanted to see if anyone knew the dangers of keeping Adsense ads on a website while you're in the selling process. Also, are there any dangers to keeping affiliate links on the site?

Thank you in advance for your help with this.

    - Chad

you can get your account banned if the site will break the TOS. Usually they disable the ads if but if they break the rules very bad they can close your adsense and you will lose the money from it

People are also worried someone is going to click their ads a ton of times out of spite or something.

dont forget to ban the waybackmachine website as people can sniff out older snapshots of your site, grab the adsense ID and then find other sites you own and click bomb them for the lulz

IF you let your adsense run on flippa listing. you are prone to click bomb.

Thats EXACTLY how i lost my adsense account. I placed a PR3 adsense site on Flippa for sale and some ahole clicked on my add over 900 times. The following month i was banned just before payday. I suggest you place the CHARITY account on your forsale site at Flippa. I even appealed and was ignored.

It was just an auto ban. If you write to adsense explaining the issue in detail and are professional you will get your account back. Happened to me twice. Don't worry about "logs" on your end as their terms don't state you need to keep any. They have all the logs needed. If you had nothing to hide you will get it back
