Daily Traffic source to lower EPC ?

Hi,

I am currently using TrafficHolder to lower my EPC on my CPA Offers (With Cparedirector as well). It works well as it allows traffic to come in throughout the day to avoid big spikes. You can set the hourly traffic which is delivered throughout the day until your credit is finished.
Price for the cheapest plan is $1.42/K (Which I then redirect to multiple offers using a rotator)

I am looking for something similar to TrafficHolder or better/cheaper but for Non-Adult traffic. A set and forget solution to take care of my EPC lowering needs. Traffic sources can often leak and I wouldn't want Adult links to show as referrer.

PPV or Adbrite can't work as you never know the volume of a keyword or when it's going to be delivered. usually on one Shot.

Any suggestions ?

I use findology, its $1/200UV's but all of those show in your stats and varied IPs every time so it looks legit.

I know you said PPV wouldn't work, but you can set a daily budget of however much you want.

It depends what you're after, but I just throw $10 a day into that nad it sorts out all of my conversion ratio issues, by watering it down to a legit %.

if you NEED you r stats to go thru a DMR AND count on the network then fidology works well

They are not all counted so bear that in mind.

The other one I have used is buyhitscheap but they dont go thru the DMR. They are okay if you spoof the referer or use a single refresh

I have an account on Findology and used it for various things. But my problem is this type of traffic arrives too quickly. I am trying to spread out the traffic throughout the day so it looks natural.
If i set $10 worth daily, it'll be spent in the first hour or so then nothing for the rest of the day. Unless I pick the right keyword which I know has enough volume but not too much, so it can sustain me through the day. A bit of a pain.

The ability of TrafficHolder to set hourly max traffic cap is ideal. Unfortunatly it's only Adult.

You need to use categories and have a very low budget on the landing page.

Then simply log in and change it during the day

If you have loads of landing pages you can use a macro to do this for you

Also, is there not a non-adult category in trafficHolder?

Hi Oscarslater,

I am currently using buyhitscheap (still have 23,000 hits to finish!) , it doesn't seem like all the hits are going through. I was using dmrurl.com at first to do the double meta refresh, but it seems like not all the clicks were registering. Do you think things would be different/better with buyhitscheap if I used Double Meta Refresh on my own domain, using php scripts?

I am looking for US traffic only - I saw after reading your post that trafficholder has different categories of traffic, do you know if they offer US traffic only hits with a category other than adult traffic?

I'm looking for a reliable source of US fake traffic to lower my conversions that'd work with the DMR script I mentioned above...any suggestions?

Oscar,

I know it is crucial to use Double Meta Refresh to prevent the source of our traffic leaking out - do you have any suggestions on how to implement this effectively with BuyHitsCheap and still get the hits that I'm supposed to get?

P.S. Does DMR work well with trafficholder? I have a leak-proof PHP script that would basically just redirect the user to my home domain if it does leak, thus preventing them from going to my CPA offer site.

Approach warez forums, have them add your pop under code, meta refresh it to hide the ref, and then sit back and enjoy 30,000+ hits per day

mate buying traffic is no good...you will get UV's but no real visitors that woul read your website and interact with it

not looking for people to interact with the website, just need the conversions to be lowered with this traffic!

If the warez forums use pop under code, isn't it kind of similar to PPV traffic? I have heard that PPV traffic does not play nice with double meta refresh - the end result is that your hit doesn't get registered at the CPA network.

With the warez forums how much would your cost per 1000 UVs be? Also can you control the traffic if needed - so we can control exactly how much traffic comes in, and when it comes in?

don't know, dude trafficholder seems to work perfectly for me. maybe try to do something to make sure your traffic doesn't spill over, like a double redirect....

Dude read what the OP is asking, or even look at the title of the thread:

Its used solely for junk traffic to make conversion ratios look legit to CPA Networks.

hey Xelex,

I just signed up for trafficholder, it seems like they have a non-adult category now. How much is their cost for US only UVs? Does it work well with DMR?

My only problem is that I have over 21,000 hits in buyhitscheap - I need to use them up first! Has anyone managed to get DMR to work with buyhitscheap traffic?

Hi xelex

Does trafficholder give you an hourly limit like BHC does? Or even give you a daily cap? How do you manage the traffic surge if they dont allow any of these?

Also does anyone have any other sources that work with a tight dmr script and give hits thu the day and not all at once?

Getting BHC to work with DMR will be near impossible (my opinion only, after much testing).

Yes trafficholder works perfect for me and you can set max hourly forces.I'm using traffic holder via cpa redirector so it should work well with with DMR.

Let me get this right, you are using CPA redirector which fakes your referrer making it look like the traffic is coming from your WH blog. So then why would it really matter at all if you are getting adult traffic or not if your network can't see where it's coming from? They will just see it come from your WH page.

Either way, someone is saying trafficholder has non-adult now, definitely gonna check them out. Thanks.

Edit: By the way, when purchasing traffic from let's say trafficholder, does it matter which type of traffic to get? They have so many different sources of traffic not sure if it's ok to just go for the cheapest one. Cheapest I see is "nocookie" for like $1/K, is it ok to use this traffic with no cookies or is that bad for the network? I assume all my traffic has to be from the US, won't look good if I am getting traffic from all over the globe. (I am in the US)
