My site hosted on namecheap shared hosting. According to Dec 2016 my domain had DA 15 PA 28
    In Jan 2017 - DA 9 PA 26
    Now DA 3 PA 24.
I have total 3 site. Same problem in another 2 site.

Namecheap is notorious for stealing your DA and applying it to their own site. I suggest you contact their customer support and ask for the DA back.

I contacted Namecheap, they have very friendly customer support and they gave me my DA back in under 7 days. They told me that there's a bug in their system that leads to my DA leaking to their DA.

Did they take my DA intentionally? Or was it due to a bug? Who knows, the important thing is that I got it back.

True, they also stole my DA, but besides this they took around 50% of my TF to CF ratio. They also like to steal dirty underwear and then they resell it on their sites under "Used panties"....

Is there any traffic and ranking dropping simultaneously to your DA drop?
Have you built any backlinks to your site?
Have your give links to another site from your site?
Are you updating the on page frequently?

Don't worry too much until the ranking and traffic drops. DA is just a metric provided by the third party.

It's due to gravity, as someone already mentioned.
You have to understand the reasons why your site might be in this situation. Those reasons could be:

    Google penalized the site.
The site has some issues that led to the ranking drop.

First you have to asses the situation and understand what’s damaged on your site. there are several methods you can avail of and that could save your site from “falling off the Google’s SERPs”.

WikiLEAKS has also reported previous leaks of DA from MyPipe.com to HisDaddy.com, a well known hostess provider. Please be aware I'm not affiliated to aforementioned brands. Trying to help!
Get a lawyer, man! This is serious shit!
