I spent a few months between 2009 and 2010 writing articles for eH0w/DM writing how-to articles. They've been compensating me on a performance based monthly payment every month on time up until now.

I received a letter from them explaining that they are doing away with the Writer Compensation Program and that by June 15th I could either accept or decline their offer to buy all rights to my publishings.

I have about 30 articles there, their offer is $324. My first thought is to accept but I am thinking if there is a better way to monetize these articles as some of them get a lot of traffic/earnings. I tried posting a screenshot of my stats/earnings but it won't let me..

I've earned roughly $650 total from these articles since December 2009. Top earning article made $185 since then. (About 100k visits)

Yea I would keep them. They are undercutting you.

I would tell them to increase there offer to there true value else you will decline and publish them elsewhere.

I decided to compromise, I sold them the rights to all my articles after I went through my earning stats and marked the top traffic/paying articles. Now I'm just going to rewrite these top earners to make them unique and republish them on my own ventures. Win/win. :)
