How do I adjust my proxy to work as SOCKS, not HTTP?

That's no need to adjust! Our proxy type is defined by port you are specifying (check your Control Panel for details).

What is your refund policy?

We allow to refresh your proxy list once a week.

How many proxies do you have?
A:
Our IP pool is slightly changing time after time, as we're constantly adding new locations and flushing banned subnets; but we own 50 000 IPs as a minimum.

Can you add special geo-location for my needs?
A:
As a customer you can ask us to add a custom geo-location; your order value has an impact on our decision of course.

How often should I download my proxy list to discover my IPs?
A:
After account activation and after you refresh your proxy list. That's no need to download it more often.
