One of my affiliate sites that is designed solely to sell a product has a comment from a user saying: "i bought your product a few days ago and didn't recieve, yet I have been charged. If you dont contact me ASAP I will contact the media and file a dispute ASAP".

Just wondering if I should be a nice guy and refer her to the vendor and risk rage return rates or if this is some kind of tactic to just fuck with affiliates? I dont see how she didn't get an email or product as it was through clickbank. I also lol'd at media threat.

I won't worry about that. You can also ask him to contact clickback with his payment and I am sure he will get get a reply fast.
 
If you're running a reputable business or want to do a good deed, see to it that the issue is solved.
Worst case scenario you get 1 return.
 
Find the right email address for them to contact and politely guide them to it.

"Hi there, sorry you are having trouble with this product. Could you please email ***@*** to resolve this matter" etc etc
