Custom thumbnails without Phone Verification. Possible?

So I have a lot of channels on YT. The problem is I've run out of phone numbers to verify new channels. Since Youtube allows only two channels to be verified with a single phone number.

Is there any other way? I don't even need Adsense monetization enabled. Just want the custom thumbnail feature to be enabled without phone verification.
