Custom Locking Period ??

OK so I'm making money with this new affiliate company and I'm new to CJ
but it says

Locking Period - Custom Actions lock 30 days after event date.

so for example lets say i earned money with them from March the 1st everyday until march 28th when will these be locked?

will my earnings from March the 1st be locked on April the first and March the 28th be locked on April the 28th or what.... how does it work?

Please someone let me know!

I think Earnings from 1st march to 31st march gets locked on 10th april.

i thought that happens when it says

Action Locks at the 10th of every month...
