Hi guys. I'm in Kenya and I own a transcription business. I have clients in India and U.S who send work and then source them to Kenyan workers. My monthly turnover is at least $3000 a month. I would like to partner with someone who can help me source more work from U.S or Europe as I have everything locked in on the operational side of things. I don't have a website I just email clients and do trials till I land a client.

Best option for you is a website, then do some SEO on it. This might make you Get better rates for your work as you will be sourcing them directly and not through a third party.
Also see how you can reduce transaction costs by getting a friendly payment processor (i know paypal et al., fees usually cut into your revenue in Kenya)
