Curious question on how tubeincreaser work

lets say you have 50 proxies on your loaded list and youtube only counts unique ip as 1 view.Then if you want to have 500 views you should have 500 proxies..am i right?

but it seems that with 50 proxies you can still inflict at least 300+ views on the video..anyone wanna explain on how tubeincreaser works?

Youtube can count up to 200 views from a single ip.So from a proxy you can have a maximum of 200 views.There,it`s settled
