So far I purchased turbocsv for wp but looking for one I can use for static sites.

What is the best way to get massive content up on static pages?

please give some more info. like how many fields there are, number of rows-columns.
this will help the providers to give you more suitable service.

It would be nice to have an excel sheet with page title, meta page title, meta kw, meta description, body, call to action footer, map/video embeed code, slug url

So around 8 columns. I know WP (turbo csv) and Joomla (content uploader) but was wondering if there was something easier to upload on a static site. I guess I would have to convert static sites into a lightweight CMS like getsimple or wolfcms. Not sure.

Sorry for bumping this, but what you're talking about doing is horribly inefficient. Database daemons were invented for the sole purpose of giving the developer/publisher access to data in a format that's easy to query, sort, and display.

For the sake of my sanity please, please use a database.
