Besides Electroneum, I'm mining Sumokoin. Both of them are offsprings of Monero, but with different strategies and focus. Electroneum has corporate leadership with a heavy focus on marketing and sheen, but lacks community contribution and involvement (besides screaming HODL all the time). I disagree with their motion to heavily promote mobile mining, but I did read that they are supplementing the mobile mining output with their pre-mined coins as a means to drive mainstream adoption. It's a big and bold move that could work.
Sumokoin is unabashed to admit that it's a fork of Monero, and intends to match Moneros features with it's own in time to come. So far it seems that the team behind it have been keeping their coding very tight and clean (in a good way), haven't missed a deadline and have a clear road-map and how they will use their pre-mined funds. (to further development). The team behind it is anonymous.
