Yeah, they are going to make it a centralized thing, just like any other currency.
They have their own Specific reasons Behind to do this afterall they are into Crypto world and having biggest exchanges which means They have to protect themselves

Foolishness. FIAT is nonsense. These people dont even know what they are talking about.
