Crm and phone asnwering software

    Just a quick question for anyone with an answer. I have looked over many options for both a crm and phone answering software.

    So far I am thinking of using outlook synced with Microsoft dynamics for my CRM.

    and NCH phone software for my on hold answering software.

    If anyone has any knowledge or background on a better solution or cheaper please let me know.

    i would be interested in the same, last time i used NCH phone software it worked in a basic way but most cool features where useless. I currently use sipgate in the uk (also works in Germany) which has an online answering service amongst other things, i heard they where expandability to the USA some time ago but i dont know how they progressed. www.sipgate.co.uk is the uk site, you may find info there . NCH is extremely powerful if it works for you.
