Credit Card Processor and Offshore Account

Hello Blackhatters!
Need some urgent advice and suggestions regarding the above. I have an Online Pharmacy Site nearing completion and need a reliable CC Processor and Offshore Account setup. I have looked at many searches on big G and done some research on them using various tools like websitegrader ( my incomplete site was graded 96/100 !! and now hovers at 91/100 and I have not even been trading! ) to assess the general ID of the sites and many rank so low as to cause alarm bells to ring...!! ... many if not all are scammers,thieves or Identity cloners who collect your data and use to commit criminal ID fraud.
Can anyone recommend any companies that they have used and will not scam you?

You can do background checks on some of the results from your searches. If they have like a customer support, you can call them and probe. That's one way of avoiding fraud and scams.
