Does YouTube gives special treatment to channels created by big creators who are frequently invites to events like fan fest?

I don't think so, but in practice big creators still benefit indirectly because they already have strong audience signals which are exactly what the ranking systems optimize for

There are no privileges, YouTube gives them nothing. Sometimes it even deliberately cuts their reach.
