Which methods does eBay use to find out whether you already have any other account with them?

I always create account with different name, address, phone and different VCC details. I buy new prepaid anonymous simcard for internet connection every time I make a new account, so I have unique dynamic IP every time. But when I created the last 2 accounts and applied for seller account, I was always accused of using multiple accounts, their system had to find out somehow. I always clear the cookies and history, last time I even used different browser, but there was still the notice when I applied for seller account. They released it after I sent them documents they wanted, but this time I would like to avoid that. Do they control MAC address?

You're referring to regular eBay accounts, and not EPN (ebay partner network) correct?

I would disable for both seller and epn a/c's. The first time i disabled my flash cookies ebay made me aware they werent able to install cookies on my pc. They advise against it (obviously) just remember to clear normal cookies everytime.

You can also install Objection, for Firefox, and it will delete your flash cookies with just 1 click.

    Code:
    http://objection.mozdev.org/
Then you don't have to visit that website every time and wait for it to load.

Thanks everyone for your answers, it was caused by the flash cookies, I did not know about this before.

Yes, I am referring to regular eBay accounts. I am new to this forum and I thought that EPN was some type of a "codename" for eBay account here.
