I need a lot of web 2 sites where I can post good quality spun articles.
Sites will be created in India or wherever but I will periodically be posting articles and stuff from the USA and login in from the USA, does that generally look suspicious to the wordpress, hub pages, wiki etc ..could I get banned for that ?

If only the creation is handled from India and no subsequent logins from there occur, then you should be fairly safe.

I don't think that they really track the IP which creates Web 2.0 and which then post articles to them.
